Caitlyn Jenner’s New Pad Keeps Up With the Kardashians’ Style

Along with a new name and appearance comes a new address. Caitlyn Jenner has found herself a ‘safe haven’ in Malibu with her recently purchased gorgeous 2010-built home.

Here’s what $3.6 million will get you in one of the most prestigious zip codes in Southern California.

A View to Kill For

Perched high up on the hills, Caitlyn has a 360 degree view of the mountains, canyons, and ocean surrounding her new home. The property is very secluded, offering her lots of privacy from the bloodhound paparazzi stalking her every move, and the curious eyes of the public. Extra security personnel have also been hired to enhance her privacy.

Set on 11 acres of land, Caitlyn’s new pad is drastically different than the one she shared with Kris Jenner. In stark contrast to the Spanish-style home she lived in prior to her divorce from the infamous ‘Momager,’ her new home features a much more modern, clean aesthetic.

Seamlessly blending the outdoors and indoors, the cozy home features an outdoor living room, equipped with a fireplace, grilling area, wrap-around porch, and pool/spa area – everything needed to keep satisfied all year long.

Contemporary Interior

Thanks to Vanity Fair’s recent photoshoot of Caitlyn inside her new home, we’ve been given a glimpse inside the lavish abode.

The 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home boasts fancy features such as multi-zoned radiant heated floors, fireplaces galore, a lower level that could be used as a fitness area, office or guest suite, and huge pocket patio doors to soak in the fabulous views.

To stay in line with the clean, contemporary style, she opted for a comfortable all-white kitchen with a massive center island and state-of-the-art appliances. The neutral palate continues on into the dining room, which features a long wooden table and cream chairs.

To offset the subdued color palette of the home, she uses a blue and white print as an accent. This pattern can be found on throws on her rattan garden furniture, bedsheets in her master bedroom, and china print pillows on her living room sofa.

A Closet to Rival That of Carrie Bradshaw

Now that Bruce has become Caitlyn, she is certainly tapping into everything feminine, which can be seen in her amazing ‘glam room’ equipped with everything a girl could ask for.

While it hasn’t been officially unveiled, the massive walk-in closet (more like a room) is featured in a scene from Keeping Up With The Kardashians, where step-daughter Kim is seen looking through a range of outfits, including shiny numbers, leopard print ensembles, and red kaftans.

As Caitlyn told Diane Sawyer in a recent interview, “We’re going to totally rock this place!”
